English to Italian Bus/Financial Finance (general) retail finance platform

I am translating the website of a London-based RETAIL FINANCE PLATFORM, and I need to get terminology spot on, starting from 'retail finance' - the company in question is a multi-award winning retail finance platform that allows companies to offer installment payments to their B2C and B2B customers.

Would it be OK to leave RETAIL FINANCE in English?? I think it'd be the best translation, but pls help if you know there is a spot-on translation!
