AL C DOPPLER IM, 2+ ECCENTRICA sd del papillare DISF DIASTOLICA 1 TIPO NON SIGNIF GRADIENTE TRANSVALV AO IT 1+
if I'm reading this shorthand correctly, this means the colour doppler shows eccentric grade 2+ mitral regurgitation **sd del papillare**. Presumably this has to do with some problem with the papillary muscles - I'm just now sure what 'sd' stands for in this context.
Any suggestions appreciated.
