Explain to the customer the advantages of having the e-Banking1 and ask whether he is willing to register
1.1 If the answer is affirmative, help the customer with the registration process and advise him to reach out again after the account activation in case further support with initiating the application is required (see Scenarios #3)
1.2 If the answer is negative, support the customer to apply using the available guidelines and include the sale referral on CRM system2
