English term (edited): ring; web ring; webring [box]

In HTML, a webring box is a box-shaped graphic created by the HTML coding which links together "a collection of websites from around the Internet joined together in a circular structure." (Wikipedia) While this answer is one definition of a (web)ring box, I'm not sure that it fits your context; so, my confidence level is low. :-) Also, the form of the preposition would vary based on which translation you chose.

Webring
A webring in general is a collection of websites from around the Internet joined together in a circular structure. When used to improve search engine rankings, webrings can be considered a search engine optimization technique.
To be a part of the webring, each site has a common navigation bar; it contains links to the previous and next site. By clicking next (or previous) repeatedly, the surfer will eventually reach the site they started at; this is the origin of the term webring. However, the click-through route around the ring is usually supplemented by a central site with links to all member-sites; this prevents the ring from breaking completely if a member site goes offline.
Webrings are usually organized around a specific theme, often educational or social. Web rings usually have a moderator who decides which pages to include in the web ring. WEBRING DEFINITION: A group of web sites on related topics that are linked with each other in a loop, allowing the user or visitor to take a circular "tour" within the web sites. That group of web sites is called a webring. These sites often place "Forward", "Backward", and "Random" links on the page footer for navigation between each of the sites in the webring. Most webrings share simlar interests or content.

A webring is normally powered by a ring server. The most popular is WebRing. The webring host or server keeps track of the web sites in the ring, so that a user could click on one of the links in the webring box be taken to the next web site in the web ring.
The theory is that people who are interested in the topic of one web site might also be interested in another web site on the same topic.

Regroupement de sites partageant le même thème, inscrits dans un site Web spécialisé, et qui sont reliés par un système de navigation en forme de boucle, permettant à l'internaute de passer facilement d'un site à l'autre. Note(s) : Le principe de fonctionnement d'un anneau de sites est le suivant : chacun des sites membres propose sur sa page d'accueil un bandeau contenant deux liens vers les autres sites de la chaîne, l'un représente le site précédent, le second indique le suivant, afin de constituer ainsi une sorte d'anneau (ring). Un lien supplémentaire amène l'internaute vers le site central (noeud) où sont recensés tous les sites et où il est possible d'insérer son propre site.
