Если это рекламный текст, то лучше бы покороче написать (кстати, между "утилизацией" и "выхлопных" пропущено "тепла"):

Вместо mini cogeneration plant можно перевести mini combined heat power plant
Речь идет о газопоршневых двигателях, а не о газовых турбинах, поскольку у турбин нет "охлаждающей жидкости…"
