Similar (genuine) email in German Sep 11, 2013

I got a similar email from my German account on 9th (PayPal aktualisiert die AGB) and it seems to me genuine.
There're links to the old conditions, new ones, the main page etc.
I clicked only on the one directing to the main page and it seems to be genuine.
So if you received a phishing email in roughly same time, that'd be particularily vicious.
Anyway, thanks for info and reporting!
