Hi everybody!

I can't understand the meaning of this clause, included in a power of attorney to incorporate a company given by three companies to an individual:

"The power of attorney is granted with the permission of act on behalf of the (possible) adversary party."

Does it mean that the attorney can take part to the deed even he's their attorney? In italian we should say "Il procuratore è autorizzato a contrarre con se stesso".
