Organizing an assembly Bill of Materials can be a challenge. Many times sub-assemblies are created to make pattern features more effective and to reduce the amount of Mates in the top-level assembly (example: a bolt and nut sub-assembly that is placed in several locations within a top-level assembly). These sub-assemblies can be set to use SpeedPak and Lightweight mode to make the top-level assembly perform better as well. However, the sub-assembly components may need to appear as line items in the top level Bill of Materials instead of being nested within a sub-assembly structure. The behavior of sub-assembly components within a Bill of Materials can be modified on a configuration basis for any assembly file to make this possible. - http://www.ddicad.com/blogs/techcenter/tag/bill-of-materials...

In most cases BOMs are of hierarchical nature, with the top level representing the finished product which may be a sub-assembly or a completed item. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_of_materials
Note from asker:
To nawet ma sens.
Grzebałem, szperałem, znalazłem niewiele, więc w oparciu o kontekst wymyśliłem, że "TLA" to "zestaw", TLA no. to "Nr zestawu". U mnie występuje jeszcze "Sub-TLA", co nazwałem "Podzestaw".
