Salario devengado/ganado Explanation: ¡Hola! Según Cambridge Dictionary, accrual significa devengado y tier, nivel o piso. Entiendo, entonces, que se refiere al nivel de salario o ingresos ganado (o devengado, aunque tal vez este término sea demasiado contable) por la persona.
