These are instructions for a special truck. But my confusion arises, can it be Front and rear at the same time?
I know RH means right-handed.

Spanish translation:delante lado derecho 'RH' trasera
Explanation:
I just studied a few mechanics manuals for the term 'front RH rear', which can refer to numerous parts of the car itself, such as the mirrors, plastic protections and for each wheel. Therefore, I suggest you use the abbreviation which most likely corresponds to its designated code in the industry and to language in other technical manuals, RH or LH, right handed and left respectively, described more clearly as 'lado derecho' instead of 'hand'. 'Delante' to translate 'front' and 'trasera' for 'rear' as written in the examples in the link.

parte frontal de la pieza trasera del lado derecho

Explanation:
Creo que es una redacción más legible.

Alternativamente, parte frontal de la pieza trasera, extremo derecho.
