Of the estimated one million American males who committed draft offenses during the Vietnam era, only 25 000 were indicted.

On parle plus tard de "draft resistance", que j'ai traduit par "résistance à la conscription" ou "refus de la conscription".

Pour "draft offense", je cherche le terme précis.
