Строго говоря, являются, как и денежные средства, но тогда вообще всякий взнос имушественный и права Эллен, которая прилагательное проигнорировала.
Если же считать прилагательное значащим, то надо знать, какой смысл в него вложен.

Тут надо знать, зачем автор поставил слово "имущественный" -- что надо отделить от чего: 1) денежный вклад от неденежного (тогда права Zamira), или 2) материальные ценности, в том числе деньги, от нематериальных (интелл. собственность, патенты, тов. знаки
