Es necesario conocer el tratamiento adecuado que cada flor requiere para poder conservar su calidad y prolongar su vida en el florero. Con respecto a esto, las flores pueden ser clasificadas en tres grupos: Sensibles a la Humedad (una humedad relativa alta facilita el crecimiento de microorganismos que pueden afectar la calidad. En este caso es necesario realizar los controles fitosanitarios convenientes), Sensibles a la Temperatura (n todas las flores requieren frío; es absolutamente necesario saber el rango de temperatura apropiada para la conservación de cada especie para garantizar el control de su calidad) y Sensibles al Etileno (Los claveles, mini-claveles, Delphinium, Gypsofila, Lilium y algunas variedades de rosa).

Source text - English 11. BREACH OF WARRANTY
11.1 Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that X may have, if in X opinion any Services provided are at any time in breach of any of the warranties specified in Clause 11, then X may require the Service Provider to promptly:
(a) perform those Services again at the Service Provider’s cost; or
(b) perform any additional Services to make good the default at the Service Provider’s cost; or
(c) in the event that (a) or (b) above are not possible, cease carrying out the Services and refund to X any charges that have already been paid for such defective Services.
11.2 Any breach of the warranties set out in Clause 11 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
11.3 The Service Provider shall indemnify X against all costs losses and liabilities suffered or incurred by XXX (including, without limitation, any additional expenditure incurred by X in obtaining suitable alternative services) as a result of any breach of the warranties contained in Clause 11.

11.1 Sin perjuicio de ningún otro derecho o recurso que X pudiera tener, si en la opinión de X alguno de los Servicios prestados están en algún momento incumplimiento con cualquiera de las garantías especificadas en la cláusula 11, entonces X podrá exigir que el Proveedor de Servicios, prontamente:
