chodzi chyba o test urządzenie polegający na próbie wysokim napięciem (udarze napięcia) w czasie krótkiego impulsu napięciowego.
W opisie jest czas wzrostu impulsu/ połowa czasu, czas wzrostu natężenia prądu/połowa czasu. "Charged voltage" na końcu opisu wskazuje (wg. mnie) na maksymalne napięcie tego testu.
