Creo que la frase está mal, pero me gustaría estar completamente segura. Únicamente encuentro el verbo «sikke» con el significado de «rebordear», que no tiene mucho sentido en este contexto. Para mí tendría sentido que la frase fuera «der sikrer vandforsyningsanlægget», pero me extraña que haya dos errores juntos en la misma frase (el manual está bastante bien escrito), así que he pensado que tal vez el verbo «sikke» con la partícula «af» tiene algún significado que no logro encontrar.
