Mislim da se ovdje radi o tome da garancija pruža određena prava/zaštitu kupcu ali ne isključuje i dodatna prava koja bi kupac mogao ostvariti u skladu sa zakonima zemlje u kojoj se proizvod prodaje. Ja sam barem tako razumjela :))))
