Medical - Medical: Health Care / vaccination, occupational health

I would have thought that "médecine du travail" and "l’organisme médico-social de mon employeur" were both occupational health. Does anyone know the difference and ideally a US equivalent please?

service médical interentreprises -
Explanation:
I think the distinction is being made between the occupational health service of the company, administered by the employer - the médecin du travail is an employee of the company - and the "service médical inter-entreprises", which is an independent association (asbl) to which the company adheres.
