French term or phrase: oriente ses choix
This is a neuropsychological report on patient X who fell on stairs hitting his head. He has problems with balance and has tinnitus. The next sentence is "Monsieur oriente difficilement ses choix." (The report then moves to a new paragraph about his lifestyle.)
I'm not sure how to understand "oriente...ses choix" in this context. Can anyone help?
Many thanks as always :-)
