I am having great trouble finding a translation for this:
"Les fosses nasales, comme les sinus sont tapissés d’une muqueuse identique à celle de l’ensemble des voies respiratoires depuis les fosses nasales jusqu’aux poumons.
Cette muqueuse, appelée muqueuse respiratoire ou muqueuse pituitaire, recouvre l’ensemble des fosses (sauf dans leur partie olfactive). Elle est constituée d’un ***tissu conjonctif lâche***, d’une lame basale et d’un épithélium de revêtement.

Pour qui n'a pas encore compris, "areolar" est ici précisé car c'est de la muqueuse respiratoire dont on parle et, à ma connaissance, nous n'avons pas encore trouvé de tissus adipeux dans la muqueuse respiratoire...mais je peux me tromper...

  -> Sue, as far as I know, this is how is the histolical classification of the connective tissue here. Am I wrong ? Loose is fine, but as pointed out by Nikki also includes adipous tissue, not present in this case if I well remember
