We, the undersigned Contractor, as principal, and ___________ a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of ____________ and duly authorized to do a surety business in the State of Ohio, as surety, are held and firmly bound into the State of Ohio and the District in the sum of________ dollars for the payment of which we do jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns by these presents.
