Spanish term or phrase: Trenes
Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble finding the English term for "trenes" in the context of ECG test results (ES/MEX > EN/US).

Here it is in context:

"La hiperventilación genera trenes cortos de ondas agudas y puntas en regiones frontales."

Any ideas on this one?

Thanks in advance!

Explanation:
I'd use either this or "patterns", unless you have "lines" overused in the rest of the text. Usually ECGs are gauged in lines or patterns.
