Asker: I used informant throughouth the document since this was coming from a survey where informants were supplying such record of species, but record was the term that suited in this case, thanks for your suggestion.

Asker: Thank you for your suggestion, I used informant throughout the translation so that was my choice here too, however I decided for record instead of list for then I could keep the same initials for the formula using this "registro"
