Arabic term or phrase: البلدة الصادرة منها
This is on the front of a booklet containing a Saudi birth certificate.

It says Number of certificate:....... Date of certificate:....... and البلدة الصادرة منها

Does it just mean "city in which certificate was issued" or does it mean something else here, e.g. name of office?

Thanks very much
