Estoy traduciendo un informe técnico de avalúo de un apartamento. El documento es venezolano y la traducción es para Canadá. En la certificación del tasador dice:

"Que todos los datos obtenidos de terceras personas o de archivos y fuentes confiables para confeccionar las estadísticas necesarias en este estudio son ciertas, **hasta donde alcanza la buena fe de los avaluadores** y que no hemos exagerado, ni omitido conscientemente ningún factor importante que pueda influir en el resultado del avalúo."
