Non-PRO English to Polish Marketing Business Web Internet WWW Net Customer Service Terminology Online

There are two pages on a website (also accordingly listed on the site index) titled, "Sales FAQ" and "User FAQ," respectively.

The Sales FAQs are designed to answer pre-sales questions, while the User FAQs are to answer questions of users who are already using the service to which the site pertains.

We *are* using "FAQ" in the Polish, as this has already become a widely-recognized term in Polish. Notwithstanding, we are not yet ruling out the use of parentheses along with the Polish term, "Czesto Zadawane Pytania," at least in certain instances of "FAQ" in the English source.



Any recognized suggestions for gracefully - and preferably equally briefly -distinguishing the two types of FAQs would be greatly appreciated.
