This can't be "diagnosis" in this context. This is a diabetic patient and in the context looks like it should be preprandial glucose level but I can't see how this abbreviation would fit. I see it twice in one file:

#1: T 38; TA 11/6; FC 106; Sat 99%; dx 0.68 (avant repas)

#2: pensait être en acidocétose (Dx 0.66, cétones 0.47)

Explanation:
Not every original comes from an infallible expert. I think it's just an error, given the context. I believe it is likely blood sugar, in mg/cm2 rather than mg/dl.

Look here, in this document, which is one of the top google searches, glycemie is listed right next to diagnosis with Dx between the two.

Asker: Thank you! That document is a helpful resource, but the Dx in this document belongs to "diagnostic." I do think you may be correct, though, that this is a glucose level in my text. I am considering if it was a glucose level tested with Dextrostrips as suggested by Anne, because I am finding some information on this in my research.
