Z 'Accounting Manual': 'When the reasons for the impairment cease to exist, the write-down has to be reversed. The amount of any reversal of a write-down of inventories arising from an increase in the net realizable value should be recognized as a reduction in the cost of sales expense in the period in which the reversal occurs'.
