Dieser Satz steht unter den in der Geburtsurkunde gemachten Angaben.
Meinem Verständnis nach soll hier der Wahrheitsgehalt dieser Angaben bestätigt werden. Wie könnte man denn in diesem Zusammenhang "is true of" übersetzen?

ich würde das nicht wortwörtlich übersetzen, denn mein Vorschlag ist wohl gemeint.

Asker: Vielen Dank, Frau Demuth, für die schnelle Antwort. An eine Übersetzung mit "zutreffend" hatte ich auch schon gedacht, aber es erschien mir in diesem Zusammenhang nicht so passend, da es in der Urkunde um Angaben der Person geht, auf welche die Urkunde ausgestellt ist.
