Good evening
I am translating a report (informe de Alta) from a Psychiatric Unit in Spain. Subject is a female patient admitted after overdose.

My question relates to a phrase which comes in the section of the report headed "EXPLORACION"

Lucida, coherente, orientada, no trastornos del curso ni del contenido del pensamiento, no trastornos de *pla propiedad yoica*. No trastornos perceptivos.
My working translation is as follows:
Lucid, coherent,oriented, thoughts not disordered in flow or content, presents a stable/clear sense of self

But I would be very grateful for others' views on this one.

You do not need to say: presents, etc. awareness of person is enough.
Also, usually in metal health exams, the wording is: thought process and content intact.

  -> Could be, I am also tempted to think that it is a typo for "la" (look at the p & l on the keyboard) as in "no trastornos de la propiedad yoica"
