  -> Thanks, Jennifer. I initially posted "overage schooling" before I saw that the poster doesn't think that's the term, so I deleted it :-)

neutral  Albert Soler-Cruanyes: It is used frequently in the sense of "sobreedad escolar". However, the focus on attendance can have a connotation of it being the students' responsibility. It also excludes those affected by the situation that do not attend school because of it.
