A deliberação da Assembleia geral que decida o aumento do capital deve mencionar expressamente a modalidade do aumento do capital, o montante do aumento, o montante nominal das novas participações, a natureza das novas entradas, o ágio, se o houver, o prazo dentro dos quais as entradas devem ser realizadas, os accionistas que participam no aumento, e o prazo para ratear as eventuais acções não subscritas.

Em todos os aumentos de capital feito através de novas entradas, os accionistas terão direito de preferência na subscrição de novas acções, na proporção das que à data possuírem.
