kontrawencjonalizacja czyli częściowa depenalizacja czyli przesunięcie danej kategorii przestępstwa do wykroczeń. Nie mogę sobie z tym poradzić, w tym wypadku zmiana kary dotyczy zmniejszenia kary, więc roboczo 'zamianę kary' chcę przetłumaczyć jako 'to have the sentence commuted' ale nie wiem jak za bardzo jak to zgrabnie połączyć z kontrawerncjoanlizacją. Może ktoś będzie miał jakiś pomysł? Czy jest jakiś utarty termin czy wystarczy 'downgrade'?
