The plaintiff is a minor, hence the caption begins with the phrase "In the interest of:" followed by the plaintiff's name. I looked around earlier term entries, but nothing quite matches this particular context. I wonder if the literal "En el interés de" could work?

En este caso, yo lo traduciría un poco más libremente. Otra opción es "teniendo en cuenta los intereses de...", según lo que venga después.

Si la traducción es al castellano, "intereses" en plural sonaría más natural.
