Hello all.
Just wondering what would be the best translation for this Department which is part of the Education system in Mexico. I need to translate it into English UK. I just cannot find the correct words for this. Even in Spanish, sounds a bit odd. I am originally from Mexico and find it difficult to untangle!

Any help is much appreciated. The whole heading is:

UNIDAD DE ACTUALIZACIÓN NORMATIVA, LEGALIDAD Y REGULACIÓN. DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE PROFESIONES. DIRECCIÓN DE AUTORIZACIÓN Y REGISTRO PROFESIONAL. DEPARTAMENTO DE AUTORIZACIONES. CONSTANCIA DE REGISTRO DE TÍTULO Y NO SANCIÓN.

Hope this gives a better idea of what this is related to. I understand this Department keeps Regulations updated. So probably something like:

"Legal update unit, compliance and regulations" (?)
