How easy is it to learn?
One of the Best
Review by
Yusuf Yavuzkan . It is no doubt that all of the translation software tools serve the same goal: to assist in and speed up the translation process. But there are different types of software out there to suit different circumstances and needs. For example, translation software tools can be downloadable desktop programs you install on your computer or cloud-based solutions you work on online, which is a highly trending approach now. Of course, no software cannot be perfect and error-free, so we need updates. It means no worry for any improvement on the cloud-based systems. Also they can be paid or free. Some give opportunity for translators, reviewers and project managers to easily collaborate with others within the system. This is particularly useful if you need to translate multiple files in different language pairs with different team members. As a free, cloud-based, flexible and team-friendly CAT tool, LILT is the one of the best in the market.

Fatine Echenique . I have been using Lilt's platform for a couple of years now and besides for the usual glitches here and there, I honestly love it!
All PM are extremely responsive and all issues are handled in a timely manner from my experience.
I am definitely not a fan of Payoneer but getting paid every Friday is ...Priceless :)

How easy is it to learn?
Interesting approach, some rough edges
Review by
german_gametran . Lilt is very easy to learn and quite responsive. The MT suggestions are fine for individual terms and phrases, but they sometimes struggle when it comes to grammar.
Biggest minus: lack of a spell checker
Biggest plus: company asks for feedback from users to improve program

Great tool, easy to work with

Erika Storm . I have been working for Lilt since May 2018, so I have been so fortunate to witness the development of the platform and the tool.
Overall, Lilt is a very easy tool to use, and as soon as you get the hang of hotkeys, everything just goes faster.
I have never experienced a tool where I consistently have been able to produce high-quality translations and revisions with little to no effort - no having to look around for weird formats or the like.
Integrated into the tool is a basic TM, which becomes increasingly smarter as you go. There is also a Lexicon.
The steps taken by the Lilt-team to make the tool efficient and easy to use is a huge advantage for the translators and proofreaders, and I cannot recommend Lilt enough.
