przestępstwa ¶cigane z urzędu Explanation: tak mi się wydaje - w odróżnieniu od przestępstw ¶ciganych z powództwa cywilnego, ale nie mam pewno¶ci czy o to wła¶nie chodzi u nas to może byłyby przestępstwa z Kodeksu Karnego, gdzie prawo do wniesienia oskarżenia ma prokurator. nie jestem prawnikiem, mam nadzieję, że nie namieszałam :) |
