I work regularly with Netflix, Amazon and other major companies, who often task me with high priority cases. Growing up in Taiwan, and having lived in Singapore, I am able to work in Traditional and Simplified Chinese. I currently reside in Washington D.C. This gives me a unique advantage, because I am able to understand the cultural nuances and colloquial expressions as opposed to those who only live in Asia.
