niektórych innych ustaw weszła w życie 5 października 2019 r. Niektóre artykuły tej ustawy (m.in.
art. 1 pkt 14 i 15 oraz art. 1 pkt 68) weszły w życie kolejno 5 grudnia oraz 5 września 2019 roku. Jej
głównym założeniem jest usprawnienie dotychczasowej procedury karnej, w tym przyspieszenie
procedowania spraw karnych, dostosowanie regulacji procesowych do współczesnych wyzwań
technologicznych, a także wyeliminowanie błędów legislacyjnych w ustawie.

other acts entered into force on October 5, 2019. Some articles under this Act (i.e. article 1

• The Ordering Party is obliged before the conclusion of the Contract as well as at each stage of its execution to transmit to BRATEK SP. Z O.O. all documents and information that are necessary for the proper performance of Service, in particular: cable test certificates .
• The acceptance of the Offer by the Ordering Party is equal to the acceptance of BRATEK SP. Z O.O. testing procedures.
• The Ordering Party on its own and at its own risk shall undertake all actions to make it possible for the BRATEK SP. Z O.O. staff to perform Services being the subject of the Contract properly, in particular it shall provide the proper access to equipment and facilities, obtain necessary permits and confirmations concerning the preparation of an object according to regulations in force in the place of the execution of the Contract.

Bio
My name is Agata and I have been doing translation for over 4 years. I graduated from English Philology at the University of Warsaw and completed a post-grad studies in Legal Translation. My professional goal that I am working towards is to pass the Sworn Translator national exam. My experience includes a wide array of texts, including academic, technical, marketing and commercial. I also translate legal text which don't require a sworn translation (commercial agreements, manuals, product information for websites, contracts, financial reports etc.). I love what I do and always look for ways to develop my knowledge and improve my skills. Due to frequent visits to the U.S. I became familiar with American culture, language and accent, therefore American English is my preferable language version. I enjoy reading books and watching good series and - unfortunately - always pay attention to translation;)
