No shoe care products are capable of causing damage to the GORE-TEX® membrane.
But you should avoid using rich oil-based creams or leather oil – these are high in fat or oil content and can block the pores in the leather. Ultimately this has a highly detrimental effect on the breathability
of the shoe.
