This involves, among others, taking my time to explain clients anything they might not understand and answering all their questions as well as always handing the work in on time. I am also concerned about the suppliers work, making sure they are happy with what they are doing and helping them if they need me in any way, especially when it comes to answering vocabulary questions.
Furthermore, I am a self-motivated multi-tasking person, well mannered, with good presence, very organised and who knows how to deal with people in a polite and very professional way.
