Otherwise we would lose control of the funds we would have committed to the investment and increase our risk beyond any reasonable limit. We have done a fair amount of business together and I trust that you can understand our position.
We would therefore ask that you propose some relevant amendments to the draft of the joint venture agreement we faxed you for review last week and also identify the areas where the transfer of our experience, know-how, and expertise would best enhance the performance of our joint venture.
Further to our telephone conference I am also enclosing a revised version of the logo of the new company and a draft of the charter. My expectation would be that we arrange another teleconference to review the progress and / or my comments in the week of October 22nd.

My name is Małgorzata Borowska. I have been working as a freelance translator of Polish (mother tongue) and English since 2004, and since 2012 it has been my full-time occupation.
