Spanish term or phrase: piscina
Term appears in Iberian Spanish document on work done by advertising agency for its clients. Includes descriptions of print runs and books designed and made by firm. Following sentence appears in text and can't make out what "piscina" might be in this context.

Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance

(die-cut) insert
Explanation:
It's a term used by some printing companies or packaging manufacturers for a foam or rubber insert used in packaging with spaces cut out for items. I think that's what they must be referring to here. I think it's usually called an insert in English.

"Diseño de Packaging para Telefónica Seneca Express
[...]
http://www.artesgraficasg3.es/diseno-de-packaging-para-telef...

You can see it in a video on this page. It's a piece of foam in the product package with a hole in it where the USB stick fits.

Another example; they're talking here about magnets as closures for packaging:

Just to show it's not just one company, there's also this, though it's less explanatory:

http://www.agsmartesgraficas.es/2010/

And one more:

agree  neilmac: OK, but calling it in "piscina" in Spanish is just wrong. "Grupo" would be a better option (I don't know what the proper translation is)

-> Thanks, Robert :-) The expression "as they say in the trade" springs to mind. Though it kind of makes sense, if you imagine the items floating in a pool.
