Mam problem z calym zdaniem: po przetlumaczeniu brzmi ono w pewien sposob paradoksalnie. Chetnie podam swoje tlumaczenie po propozycjach, aby nie psuc potoku kreatywnych mysli:-)
Die Handlungsweise eines Vertragspartners kann es ihm allerdings verwehren, Ergänzungen oder Änderungen, die nicht schriftlich verfaßt wurden, für ungültig zu erklären, sofern der andere Vertragspartner sich auf diese Handlungsweise verlassen hat.
