I\'m assuming that as Quark supports Arabic, by extension it will support Dari... can someone confirm?

Should work OK, BUT Insure you have the suitable Dari / Farsi Fonts

IF Quark support Arabic with right-to-left (RTL) display, Quark should also work OK in terms of RTL support and display of Dari (aka Farsi) text.
BUT, insure you install suitable Dari/Farsi fonts. If your PC has an OS of MS Windows 2000 or XP (better), install & add Farsi in your regional and language settings.
