Hi everyone,
How can I transfer my DVX settings to a new computer?
I have installed DVX on my new notebook, I even copied what I though would be the Settings file to the appropriate folder in the new notebook, but it doesn't seem to work.
What I miss most is my large collection of typing shortcuts, although the client/topic list would also be neat to have on my new machine.

I used to have XP on my old notebook, now I use W7 - if this matters. ▲ Collapse

It should work

Please note that the settings file doesn't include user interface settings etc., for which you would need to delve into the registry (not as scary as it may sound) - see "Back-up: Which registry keys do I need to back-up if I want to save all settings of DVX... See more
