Problems with reaching my Hotmail inbox - help needed

I cannot reach to my hotmail inbox. When I try to log in, it confirms my password but I only see a white blank page with a blue header on which only my name and photo is avalable. I wonder if anybody has a similar problem today, if so how can we overcome it?
