Which file are you talking about? If the problem is with TRADOS, I think that maybe you should restart the CAT tool or the whole system.

The error can depend on a lot of different things, so some more information on when the error messages appears, would be useful. For instance, is it when you start Studio, when you open a project package in Studio, when you do the translation?

What programs are running simultaneously? Have you, perhaps, recently installed another program? Was Windows recently updated?

As you see, way too little information to give you a good answer.
