Dear colleagues, what software-organizers (calendars etc.) do you use in your work to plan your activities, events, work etc.? Could you please advise some reliable, and at the same time userfriendly and simple application?

Software and organizer: an old one -Palm m100- but it works quite good. Not free.
Luck.

I don't use any, but the freeware iScribe is an e-mail program with a built-in calendar feature and the calendar seems rather feature-rich.

just Outlook Aug 28, 2005

I know some agencies are actively using plaxo, but, personally, i do not like "pushy" programs - those which contact you demanding to input your date into someones scheduler and download htat program in order to be "in contact".

Therefore (and probably because I am supposed to use Outlook at my bank work) I am using Outlook at home for my pers. biz. as well.

Thunderbird+calendar extension Aug 28, 2005

Thunderbird has a calendar extension (mozilla calendar) that integrates pretty well.
Both under GPL licence ^__^

I delete Plaxo e-mails directly. I know of many other people who do the same.

I delete them straight away too.

I use Outlook which I synchronise with my mobile phone when needed.

It would be nice though if a program like Translation Office 3000 (which I use to manage my work) had an Outlook-like calendar with alarms so I wouldn't need to repeat the info for the reminders.

FWIW
Grace.
