The patient fell 5 meters from a ladder. After admittance the patient has been stabile. The patient's pelvic fracture is a fracture of both ramus inferior and superior left side with a little dislocation and an undislocated intraforaminal sacrum fracture on the left side. Our pelvic surgeon recommends conservative treatment with mobilisation for this fracture. The patient has been mobilized with walking accessories.
