pośrednia , czyli po środku mostu.
"Intermediate" natomiast odnosi się do podpory pośredniej w sensie tymczasowej (jako przeciwieństwo docelowej). Przecież nie wykonuje się pali w gruncie jako fundamentu podpory tymczasowej płyty pomostowej.
